It's hard to say. We don't create limits, the speed is allotted dynamically. It depends on the product you purchased but you might download/upload 11-1100 MB/s (100Mb-1Gbps) but it might be a few MB/s. What it mostly depends on is the number of users who share the server and how active they are. Generally you should find that speed are quite good.
Remember though your speed also relies on the torrent itself, the tracker and peer activity. Seedboxes are amazing but they're not magic. They need peers to be able to do their stuff.
