When submitting a ticket, please include as much information as possible, below are some tips to ensure we can resolve any issues as fast as possible.
- Describe any issues in great detail, including what you did that may have caused this issue (i.e. installing new software)
- Include screenshots of any errors
- If you own more than one server, please give us the order ID of which server you are referring to
- Try to keep grammar and spelling mistakes to a minimum, making the work easier for our staff
