Your domain or box login not working? Please check emails.

If you are finding you can't login to your seedbox it is likely you have now been migrated to our new hardware/software.  Please check your emails for your new login information.  We will have sent various emails regarding the server upgrade, ETA and once completed your new login information.

If our emails went into spam please mark them as "not junk/spam" in your web/client interface and add sender of email to contacts.  This will should ensure you receive our emails in your inbox in future.

As a backup we also have a Email History section in Client Area here..
