Planned Maintenance/User Consolidation/Dedicated Server Disruptions

Over the coming weeks/months there will be some interruptions to some shared and dedicated services as we perform some more maintenance.

We will be having a big tidy up and consolidating some users on shared servers to free up some unneeded hardware, optimize usage and decommission some old servers.  This is due to lots of empty space on some servers that house the discontinued products of users that have upgraded/changed service.  This will mainly effect the S-250/S-500/S-500-FR servers but others may also need to work on others.  This will mean some users will be provided new logins on new servers after their slots have been moved.

Some users may see 1-3 disruptions of 24-72 hours over next few months. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by the down time.  We will of course compensate the users effected with adjustments to renewal date or credit on their account.  If for some reason we miss this on your account please create support ticket and it will be taken care of for you.

Some users of dedicated hardware (Single user) may also have disruption on an unrelated network issues/maintenance.  These users will also be compensated as above.  Some users have already been effected by downtime and we apologise for this.  Please be assure that we're working hard to finish maintenance/resolve these issues on shared servers and correct issues with some dedicated products as soon as possible.
