We're in process of making some changes to some servers, upgrades etc. During this time you may find that FTP will not connect any more with your usual settings. If this is the case please switch from standard FTP (Port 21) to explicit FTP over TLS (Port 6565), click accept/ok on certificate and you will now have an encrypted connection to server.
If you're still able to connect to standard FTP and would prefer the new encrypted option or have any other queries/question please create a support ticket in client area.
