Slot upgrades and backlogs

As I'm sure you understand there is currently more than usual amount of orders to work through because of recent addition of new slots and upgrades so there will be a delay in processing upgrade orders or replying to support tickets (especially over weekend) because of all the data that needs to be processed/migrated from server to server.  We ask that you be patient during this time while we work though orders.   

Orders are processed in order they're received so please be patient while we work through them. It should take no longer than 1-3 business days (depending on how much data is needed) to complete your upgrade.
