New servers/slots install times

Whenever new products are introduced there is inevitably going to be higher amount of order/installs which can cause backlogs.
Due to backlog at datacenter it can take 1-10 days (Or in some cases longer) to install/configure new server ranges. These times will go down as they work through backlog and we our orders, so we ask for patience during this time. Please note that billing dates will be adjusted to date of delivery so you will not lose any days.
If your renewal is close and you would like to extend your current server/slot for a smaller period then a month this will be possible so that it gives you a bit more time while waiting for a new server. Please create a support ticket.
We have servers on order for our new shared slots and site will be updated with stock levels asap.
