Tracker Timeout/Network Issue

It seems that there is an issue affecting some networks that trackers and seedboxes are hosting on communicating with each other causing "Tracker Timeout" errors resulting in torrents to go red.  You can check tracker error status in General Tab in rutorrent. In Windows/uTorrent you may not get error but torrent will not download until you re-load utorrent client.  In some cases this can be resolved by rebooting client/connection although the issue may return at some point until the network issues are resolved at datacenteres.

If your trackers are affected by this and would like your shared seedbox rebooted please create a support ticket and it will be done asap.

We're currently working on some new seedbox setups which come with various new features, One included will be a control panel for shared slots which also has a reset button so if this tracker problem was to return at some point in future you would be able to reset your client at will.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these issues but please note that this affects many seedbox providers and trackers and is out of our hands and is only temporary.
