Email receiving issues

It seems that some of our outgoing emails are getting recived by customers into their spam/junk folders or not recived at all.

 

This seems to happen most on emails that where provided by your ISP.  If you experince problems make sure that we are unblocked or added to client whitelist and if you dont recive any emails at all then we advise to edit your contact details and use another email address.  We can confirm that hotmail and yahoo work from our tests.
