Shared Servers (Seedbox/Appbox): 1 minute to 48 hours
(Typically within minutes or 1 minute to 12 hours on average)
Dedicated Servers (Dedi-AppBox): 1-73 hours
(Typically 1-48 hours on average)
If you want us to transfer data from another provider please open a support ticket immediately after placing order and leave us your previous access details (FTP/SSH etc) so that we can start a backup/transfer as soon as possible. Please give at least 3 days notice prior to your previous product expiring so we have enough time to grab everything for you.
