Expected downtime: 1-72 hours per month
We will be performing some network maintenance/upgrades each month. Canadian and Legacy EU servers connections may be down for 1-72 hours during this time each month. (Ongoing until further notice)
Users will be contacted via email with dates, however if you did not receive an email and would like to enquire about date of downtime (Same date each month) please create support ticket in client area.
Credit or days will be added to accounts for the downtime.
(This is done manually. If your account is missed please contact support and the renew date or credit will be adjusted for you.)
