We expect to have completed work and stopped interruptions by December or early January. In mean time some servers will have a downtime of 1-72 hours (Estimate) each month (Usually same dates). If you have not received email with your date check spam folder or create a ticket to find out the estimated date of interruption.

There will be some ongoing recurring monthly maintenance on some racks. Shorter periods split over multiple months is to avoid longer/extended down time and disruption. During these interuptions we will be doing work on network as well as migrating some slots over to new servers. If your slot is moved during this period you will be provided new IP/Login details upon completion.
We will be performing some maintenance/upgrades over the next coming weeks/months. Some servers may be down for 1-72 hours during this time each month.
We will be adding days back onto service for those affected.
This is done manually. If your account is missed please contact support and the renew date or credit will be adjusted for you.
